Kathryn believes as Dr. Edward Bach believed that disease stems from an imbalance between body, mind, and spirit. Knowing matter is permeable and that quantum healing takes place in every moment, Kathryn gently challenges beliefs that create stagnancy and disease. She draws from her background in a wide range of training, from energy work to research on environmental toxins, to open the gates to greater awareness and lasting change from old patterning.
